This policy explains what PinochleRun collects when you visit the site or play the game, and why.
No account needed
You can read every page and play every game without an account. We don’t ask for your email address or any other personal details.
What the game stores and sends
- In your browser: a random player ID, the name you type, and (if you use it) the score keeper’s scores. These are kept in your browser’s local storage on your device. Clearing your browser data removes them.
- To the game server: when you start a game, your player ID, your name and your moves go to the game server (run by Rare Pike, at rarepike.com), which deals the cards and runs the computer players. It keeps game records and win and loss counts by player ID for leaderboards. Other players at your table see your name.

We may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and game features are used. It uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. See how Google uses data.
Advertising
The site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can turn off personalized ads in Google’s Ad Settings.
Children
The site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
